Keith has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and graduate of University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1981 and over 32-years of experience in the construction industry. Keith main area of expertise is Construction, Engineering, Project Engineer, Project manager, Chief Estimator, Civil Engineer, Inspector and Field Superintendent. Keith brings with him an array of impressive firms (Nan Inc., Highway Construction, PVT Landfill, R.H.S. Lee, Inc., Rons Construction, Koga Engineering). Matthew M. Kaneshiro is the President and oversee all aspects of the various departments within the company. His main areas is Client Relations, Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Matt also has an impressive history, with 20 years of customer relations, 15 years of business development and 10 years construction project management. Matt has polished his skills over the years and believes that every client and and those who work for Universal Matrix, LLC is valuable to The Lord Jesus and His Kingdom.
