Our company Universal Metal (well known as Coatcoil) has been coating metal coils since 1997 and has also been leader producer in our region and main exporter. \\In our coil coating facilities, we could apply all kind of organic coatings such as polyester, polyurethane, plastisol, pvdf on cold rolled, galvanized and aluzinc steel and aluminum surfaces. We could process coils with thickness from 0,20 mm to 2,00 mm in aluminum and from 0,15 mm to 1,70 mm in steel and with a maximum 1250 mm width. In a near future, we will be also able in our new line to process up to 1500 mm width coils within shortest delivery terms. \\For your required unique slitted dimensions, colors and materials standards, we could professionally supply and deliver even small batches and different colors within quick dispatches while stocking regular min. 10.000 ton metal that have thicknesses between 0,30 mm to 0,60 mm and supplying quality certified base metal mainly locally by using BASF paints quality and realizing ECCA standards.\\On the other hand, we may also use PVC protection film on your delicately coated slitted and cut dimensions in rolls and plates.
