The School of Social Work at the University of Georgia prepares culturally responsive practitioners and scholars to be leaders in addressing social problems and promoting social justice, locally and globally, through teaching, research, and service.Everything we do is informed by our commitment to well-being and social justice. And it shows: Our MSW graduates score well above the national average on social work licensure exams. More than half our BSW graduates complete their degrees with Latin honors. Our outreach connects vulnerable individuals and communities with the resources they need to live healthier, more productive lives.
