A KTP is a three-way project between a company, a university, and a recent graduate (known as a KTP Associate).On average, businesses that take part in KTPs gain £283,000 pre-tax profit per year. SMEs taking part in a KTP typically receive between £80,000 and £120,000 in funding in order to do this.
