The Foreign Affairs Society aims to: a) Facilitate interaction and dialogue between members of the University who are interested in the geo-demographic and politico-economic issues relating to present, past or future concerns to the international system,b) Provide a geo-demographic & politico-economic platform for debates and round table discussions,c) Host speakers, experts, and lecturers on contentious issues that concern today's global community,d) Co-operate with any concerned or interested society or individual, either within St. Andrews or beyond it, for cultural, social, or other society based events,e) Encourage people to re-evaluate opinions, perceptions, and myths in the spirit of enhancing knowledge and understanding.
