The Unrefined Bakery demonstrates that with some simple swaps, the UK's most loved traybake bars can be transformed into nutritious, wholesome treats that taste every bit as indulgent as the originals. The Unrefined Bakery uses 100% natural, but most importantly, recognisable ingredients. All ingredients the consumer could purchase in a supermarket or online for their own cupboards. By swapping butter for heart healthy fats like Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Almond Butter, our products are vegan and also have significantly less saturated fat that the traditional alternatives. We've also swapped refined white flour for nutritionally rich oats and refined sugars for coconut sugar and maple syrup, meaning consumers can treat themselves safe in the knowledge that their health is not compromised.
