uParty is an incentive based Event app. Anyone can post a free event. Hosts have the ability to set up paid events. They set up a time range and a wage rate. If the guest shows up, stays the time period they get paid thee wage rate. The company take an additional 15% of every dollar a host gives a guest. This allows for a 87% conversion rate on the advertising dollar. It is event based, not location based. This means anyone (musicians, comedians, festivals, sports teams) can set up their event independently of brick and mortar locations.
