UPLIFT Faith & Fitness was created to connect, inspire, and empower the Black community as we elevate in faith and fitness. UPLIFT is a lifestyle brand which encompasses inspiration, purpose, wellness, workouts, and healthy recipes. We specialize in connecting trainers to clients, events, workout accessories, fit bands, apparel, and resources.Founded by a Black woman in Washington, DC, we specifically focus on Black health and wellness. We welcome our allies to learn more about our thriving community of Black fitness professionals as well.Portion of proceeds will be donated to UPLIFT mentorship program to help foster growth and support of Black girls ages 10-14.
