We at Upstart Garden are a startup consultancy existing as a community through 28 events in phase 1 and now focused on growing our phase 2 audience into a 24/7 collaborative work space incubator that helps entrepreneurs launch, grow, and manage their idea, startup, or existing business. We are also an on campus speaker series focused on what college does not teach.We are seeking a seed round capital of 350,000 as convertible debt within a high need area that will consider utilizing some government funding options ahead to further incentivize angel investors.
