By repairing leaks and defects on critical systems whilst still live and in normal operating conditions we prevent the need for costly shut-downs or outages. Live leak-sealing is primarily used on steam, air and water systems but we have a range of products to enable us to work on a wide range of chemical mediums. Types of repairs can be bolted joints, valve glands and bonnets and weld or corrosion defects on pipework and vessels.Complementing our leaksealing service, we also provide hot-tapping. This service allows a system owner to install an additional tie-in to a service without the need to shutdown or adjust operating conditions.Unfortunately, shutdowns are sometime unavoidable and its here that our pipe-freezing service can prove valuable. Pipe-freezing provides temporary isolation on pipework by freezing the contents using Liquid Nitrogen. This can reduce the amount of system required to be taken down and also reduce any draining down needed to perform remedial work.All of these services improve efficiency and safety whilst reducing costs and production interruptions. We cover all of Ireland and are available on an emergency basis when required.
