The mission of UPWARD MEN is to provide EDUCATION, EVENTS, AND PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEN TO BE CHANGE AGENTS IN SUPPORT OF THE ADVANCEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN by- Building a network in support of women's leadership and growth- Establishing partnerships to connect and learn from other leaders- Engaging in topical discussions, events, and initiatives supporting womenWith the majority of men as senior leaders, there is a high regard in necessitating men in the discussion, roles, and events for women advancement. Creating diversity will create the disruption needed to make significant progress for women leadership. By bridging men and women in an educational, supportive, and intentional partnership, more will succeed.UPWARD Men is an organization to encourage and support the partnership with UPWARD Women to:- SpeakUP by being a vocal advocate for women- BuildUP women through mentorship, sponsorship, and partnership- StandUP for the advancement of women leadership & gender inclusion programs
