Upwards & Onwards is the design practice of Tobias Ottahal.I work with socially and environmentally progressive people for powerful positive change.I'm a Swedish-born, award-winning designer that takes a human-centered, design-based approach to helping progressive organizations communicate better.I try to identify and understand the underlying motivations behind people's decisions and then create communications that resonate with them. I am particularly passionate about sustainability and environmental issues.
