RTC aims to provide educational equality through improving English skills in addition to other high school subjects, to enhance the academic potential and tertiary education pathways available to students with refugee backgrounds. We see the establishment of long-term mentoring relationships between the students and our volunteer university tutors as an integral part of the personal and academic growth of both groups of people.
