Founder Kevin Knight started camping and traveling many years ago. However in 2013 he decided to bring the first Urban Camp Weekend to life. The vision was to create an organic event that would attract like-minded professionals. This unique and non-traditional camping/traveling experience would ultimately allow the participants the opportunity to network, relax, and develop new friendships, all while in a care-free environment. UCW and Urban Events Global has now grown to what you see and are able to experience today.
