Urban Descent was launched by the founder of Adventure Out Australia, Terry Hewett. Specialising in outdoor education, Terry created Australia's first ever charity building abseil in 2002 and has since delivered 27 successful adventure fundraising events, raising more than $8.28m for charities over 15 years. Urban Descent has not-for-profit status with the aim of realising the full potential of the fastest growing area for charities to generate income, adventure fundraising.
