A two-wheeler is a simple solution to some of the world's most complex problems.IT CAN COMBAT CLIMATE CHANGE, EASE URBAN CONGESTION, AND BUILD HUMAN FITNESS.The Urban Mobility Group was founded in December 2016. Two entrepreneurs - Peter van der Veer & Edwin Heesakkers - that faced the same issues with commuting met each-other, and decided to (try to) change the way people commute.Our vision is that there should be a smarter way of commuting. And so our mission is to reinvent commuting into a smarter, healthier and more comfortable way:Develop a Light Electric Vehicle* (LEV) that will combine the comfort of a car with the efficiency of a bike!We started from scratch - a paper and pen. Actually, a lot of paper has been used since.... While sketching we developed and validated the business model. In parallel we discussed a lot with friends, family, neighbours, potential partners, potential end-users, corporate companies and the Technical University of Eindhoven (TU/e). People became more and more interested and.....involved!AND NOW WE ARE BUILDING A LIGHT ELECTRIC VEHICLE FOR DAILY COMMUTING:- THE DESIGN IS READY.- THE MARKET IS READY.- TIME IS THERE.
