We are passionate about creating inclusive and flourishing neighborhoods. We're focused on Atlanta and love it as a great city to grow a business and affordable enough to test different real estate models within a fast-growing metropolitan region. Our work includes residential housing units that are affordable for-sale and for-rent units. We are innovative and develop the stuff that won't fit larger developer boxes and spreadsheets, including missing middle housing from 2 family units to courtyard bungalow communities. We take small risks to test new paradigms and then scale out the development as a replicable model.
