This firm started in 1996 and has had a long successful business history ofdeveloping its business strategies. We have formed joint ventures with two (2) companies that havesignificant success in this field, and these relationships are those that will fuel our growth.Prometheus is an EPA Certified producing biofuel company, located in Temecula,California and Methes Energies is a NASDAQ traded, Canadian biofuel equipmentproducer and a significant biodiesel producer as well..Under our Joint ventures with these firms, we will develop a biodiesel producing plant inSouthern California with a capacity of producing over 1 million gallons per year featuringthe Methes Denami 300 Biodiesel Processor. This plant is our primary focus for the firsthalf of 2013.BIOFUEL: Along with our oil and gas technologies we also have biofuel technologies anda plan to implement our initiatives. Under our hybrid & biofuel business sector we willdevelop our own alternative fuels for automotive and stationary power plant usage; anddevelop fuel for all domestic markets. Management, its Partners and Consultants have along history of developing hybrid fuel dating back to 2003 when it built the first biodieselplant on the west coast of the U.S.; that remains operational to this day.The Company plans to develop its own biofuel (s) and market certain processing anddevelopment equipment into the marketplace for all usage.
