The Academy was developed with the idea that each and every child has a plan to attain any level they wish and work towards. We are exetremely passionate about the game and we intend to help each and every child. Success is not easy and a high work ethic, commitment and discipline is extremely important to reaching goals. We strive to create this environment and believe the fun comes when your child sees improvement in themselves. We ask that parents are commited to the success of their children through their actions as well as their words. Being part of our Academy guarantees you success if you put in the commitment and time. Every child if given a specific plan on how to achieve the next level of play. In addition, we use age as a guideline, however we promote based on ability, not age. This way players do not become complacent and are consistently challenged. This will keep the fun in the game for them.
