The USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP) is USAID's expanded technical support to the Government of Nigeria to rapidly scale-up proven Reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health, nutrition and malaria (RMNCH+NM) interventions to improve access to and increased quality of primary health care service delivery and strengthened and sustainable health systems at the federal level and in Ebonyi, Bauchi, Kebbi and Sokoto states and the Federal Capital Territory. At the federal level, IHP started in 2018 and continues to provide targeted technical assistance at the National level to reduce systemic bottle necks to policy implementation at the state, and coordinates IHP other efforts with state and local government health authorities to: • Strengthen systems supporting Primary Health Care services (PHCs)• Improve access to Primary Health Care services • Increase quality of integrated primary health care services
