The ResQFlash is focused primarily on Emergency Room situations where the patient is unconscious or in shock and is unaccompanied.....the ResQFlash becomes the only source for the medical data the ER staff needs. The ResQFlash requires no special software......it requires only a computer with a USB port and a browser.It works equally well on a Mac or a PC.
