Birthed out of the need to bring the user perspective closer to service providers, UserHubAfrica Ltd is a user-centred Lab with a focus to provide corporate and non-corporate entities with a bird's eye view on how users or clients appraise or perceive their products and/or services through various digital platforms. The company was incorporated in Ghana as a limited liability company in 2015 to provide holistic technology services and training in user experience across different business sectors in Africa.Our key objectives are:– To introduce and manage bespoke user experience services to our clients and the users' of their products.– To spearhead UX understanding, development and adoption in academia, research institutions and the corporate space in Africa.
