Reliability• Service Providers can only be rated & reviewed by customers who have used their services. On Yelp and Angie's List, anybody can write a review.• If a Service Provider's ratings fall below our minimum acceptable standard, that provider is booted out of the uServia network.• We have UBER-like GPS technology, so you will know exactly when the Service Provider is on the way to your location. Guaranteed• uServia guarantees all work performed by our highly-skilled Service Providers. If you're unhappy, we will work to fix the issue. Still not happy? That service is on us.
