UST Hiraya advocates for Safe Spaces and Intersectional Feminism, an inclusive movement set on achieving equality for all genders, races, religions, classes, and identities.In its pursuit of becoming the first advocacy-based organization for Intersectional Feminism in the University of Santo Tomas, the student organization aims to integrate gender and development perspective to the Thomasian community, create a conducive atmosphere for the free exchange of ideas among its members and provide a safe space for the discussion of relevant issues concerning society.UST Hiraya envisions itself as an informative and empowering support system for people who endure issues of harassment, inequality, and impertinence within the university.
