Utah Coffee Roasters has been an established roaster Salt Lake City since 1995. Since then we have become one of the largest production roasters in the area. We focus on small batch 70 lb roasts which yeild 56 finished pounds. The green beans we source from Pacific Blue Coffee Brokers, Vournas Trading and Olam Specialty Coffee are considered the best in the industry. UCR currently offers 8 origins and a total of 12 roast/blend profiles. Our own brand, Silver Bean Coffee founded by Olympic Silver Medal skier Shannon Bahrke is well established as a boutique brand with thousands of satisfied customers.
