The Design Society Est. in 2018 is a new club that drives to empower creatives, artists and designers. The idea of a club began with an 'after school' activity that involved a few students who just simply wanted to book bind with a budget. By reclaiming, recycling and being resourceful, we found that making can be simple with rewarding results. While the design faculty at UTS can be stressful and consuming, the Design Society aims to balance this out - By having a motivating and stress-free space, the club was established to also benefit students in skill and team building. We hope that students, graduates or amateurs can join in to collaborate and make collectively.
