Mechanical Engineering is one of eight academic departments in the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. About 900 undergraduate students and 250 graduate students are enrolled from around the world. Our faculty of 34 professors and 10 instructional staff They are taught by 40 faculty members.
