Founded in 1999, the Transportation and Logistics Research Center provides applied transportation and logistics research, education, and advisory services that advance the economy of the region. Faculty, staff and students in the Transportation and Logistics Program contribute to the research efforts. Since its inception, it has garnered more than $5 million in grants and endowments. The Transportation and Logistics Research Center is located In Erlanson Hall on the UW-Superior Campus. There are three faculty members, all with years of industry experience, a financial specialist, and several student research assistants with degrees in Transportation and Logistics Management and/or Supply Chain Management.
