UWM Lubar Executive Education Details
Lubar Executive Education is dedicated to helping members of the business community expand their impact and achieve their goals for growth. Our open-enrollment programs cater to individuals and groups of individuals from organizations. We also create customized experiences for organizations ranging from workshops on specific topics to multi-day programs that extend over several months. In our custom engagements, we start with a blank slate and take the time to learn as much as we can about our partners so we properly reinforce their leadership philosophy and leverage existing toolsets/frameworks in program design. We do not simply put your logo on a pre-existing program that is used for other organizations. We challenge the participants in our programs to reflect, engage in robust discussion, and most importantly, apply new tools and concepts immediately to current challenges and situations. Our simulations give participants a chance to practice new skills and take risks in a safe environment which builds confidence for when they are back on the job.
