This winter V-GRITS is launching a weekly recipe kit delivery service. Chef-designed, unique recipes and fresh ingredients will make plant-based cooking easy and fun. In the warmer months you can also find us serving up southern-style vegan dishes out of a bright orange food truck in Louisville, KY. Our goal is to offer people healthier comfort food. We make all of our own sauces, dressings, cheeses, meats, and more. V-GRITS is owned by Jeff Hennis and Kristina J.
