Hi everyone! It's Yuri, Sara and Giacomo, lifetime friends, adventurers and all completely in love with the mountains. In 2017 we discovered the Sentiero Italia: the longest mountain trail in the world; a forgotten treasure. At first, we felt a deep and intimate drive to personally hike and experience it, although soon we realised it calls for a collective journey, a shared and inclusive adventure.We love our country and believe proactive commitment is something we all need to engage in a little more to reap the benefits of the true beauty that surrounds us. As such, we want to bring the Sentiero Italia back into public consciousness by giving a voice to the Italian ‘highlands' - unique but often forgotten places that, in the last decades, have suffered from an increasing depopulation. Our dream is for this experience to be the seed of an ever-growing awareness on the status of the Italian mountain range and hopefully a turning point. An ambitious goal, for sure!
