Hi, my name is Tim Long. My partner and I, Mike Stack, have Co-Founded a company called VacationAtMyPlace.com. We are a new "local" Vacation Rental platform (similar to VRBO) and we are focused on partnering with Property Management Companies who serve the MD and DE beach areas. We are in the process of building out our website with Adventure Web in Catonsville,MD (www.advp.com), and plan to go live with our website in late summer for the 2021 summer season.Our model is simple: Your property owners nor your company will pay any fees to list their properties on our site...None! And when we get a reservation, the guests will pay an industry low 3% booking fee.Obviously, VRBO is the lead channel in this industry but the fees being charged to both owners and guests are becoming obscene. Property owners are no longer being treated as fairly as they once were by these big global brands, as it seems that guests are the only priority in their model. We want to provide another option for Property Managers to increase their bookings and at the same time understand the other issues that may be impacting your business.Today, we have our landing page up at VacationAtMyPlace.com. The website is not fully functional yet (although check out our new video!) but you'll get a sense of our look and feel. We are working on our interior pages now and we will begin our marketing campaign in July. As a reminder we are promoting the 2021 summer season. We are proud to announce that we have completed our first Data Download of properties with a property management company in OC. This was at no cost to them and saved everyone a lot of time and energy with manual input. We are hopeful you might consider partnering with us as well!Stay tuned for more information!
