Vahati is sanskrit term for 'mobility'. History Vahati, Inc owns Aventeon Software India Private Limited which was earlier a subsidiary of the Seattle headquarted Aventeon Inc, co-founded in December 2000 by STS Prasad, Karel Doerner and Krishanu Seal. Aventeon, Inc went on to close two rounds of VC funding from Intel Capital, 3i and TVM. Towards the end of 2005, STS Prasad, Krishanu Seal and Anil Maurya got together to form Vahati Inc.
