The [VAL.] GroupThe [Val.] Group is an Australian wide property services co-operation (co-op). We are not a valuation firm as such, rather a distribution and compliance network. Our members are all property valuers and or property professionals that trade under their own names, however share similar views on best practice.Our core business is distributing work to our members and managing their output in order to ensure valuations and property services are completed on time, at a market rate and in-line with industry standards. Our members are all Certified Practicing Valuers and Members of the Australian Property Institute and as such must abide by a Code of Professional Practice, Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct. We distribute work to our members based on their experience, specialisations, price , current work load, turnaround times and geographical constraints.
