Valhalla Trails Ltd. is a small multi-disciplinary outdoor recreation based consulting firm offering a variety of technical and hands-on services including the following: • environmental design • land use planning • community consultation • construction contracting • geographic information systems (GIS) • remote sensing • site analysis and inventory • GPS data capture and data base creation Our clients generally include land managers, land developers, private individuals, engineers and landscape architects. In every project we undertake, our goal is to provide a comprehensive community- and user-based approach to planning and constructing outdoor recreation areas and trails. A successful project to us is one in which the results are sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, safe, functional and environmentally sensitive, as well as having been achieved cost effectively and to the client's satisfaction. Valhalla Trails Ltd specializes in outdoor recreation planning and design, with a focus on developing amenities such as open space parks, multi-use trail systems, interpretive opportunities, freeride mountain bike parks and community-based parks— amenities to serve resident and visiting populations of all ages and abilities. We devise our plans for parks and trails at a reasonable cost to the landowner to ensure that they become prized and well-used community amenities.
