#VallehermosoCircular is a project where professors and students from the Francisco de Vitoria University, together with other groups related to market transformation, have been working on their subject project on "How to move towards a circular market".This work is part of a project by a team of university researchers to promote hybrid research involving undergraduate students. Architecture and Business Administration and Management students have set themselves the challenge of transforming this market into the first of the Madrid Market Network to be totally circular. The market is presented as an ideal experimentation centre for applying circular solutions. The interaction between traditional shops selling food products and new catering establishments offers a wide range of possibilities and solutions that the Circular Economy can manage. From the LCA of products, logistics, waste management and the reduction of obsolescence and waste of food products, to training and awareness of new ways of consumption for customers.
