Valley Debate began in 2017 as an organization that provided free debate instruction to students in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. Since then, Valley Debate has built a strong group of instructors who are passionate about teaching debate. We teach our students not only the fundamentals of public speaking, but also impromptu speaking, parliamentary debate, and Lincoln-Douglas debate. In 2020, Valley Debate committed to teaching students outside of California, by opening virtual classrooms to students across the United States and other countries. Despite this growth, Valley Debate has remain committed to providing high-quality instruction without receiving a single cent in return. This commitment means that since our years of operation, our organization has been solely driven by the motivation of our staff members, and the positive reviews of our alumni.
