Valley Rez's involvement does not stop once a student has been matched with their preferred accommodation. The company provides a one-stop solution to student accommodation, which include maintenance, gardening and cleaning services and a security guard. That is peace of mind – not only for tenants, but for their parents or guardians as well as for the owners of the properties.Integrity is the backbone of all decision-making at Valley Rez. The very personal nature of housing means that facilitating off-campus accommodation is not just a matter of signing contracts and collecting rent. We are a walking distance from the University of Pretoria less than 1.5 kilometers away.We offer basics packaged houses and fully packaged houses prices start at R2500 for basic houses, including electricity and water, cleaner and on duty evening security guard and (full packaged prices start at R2800 including WiFi, DStv room, laundry facility, cleaner and on duty evening security guard on premises. Furniture is optional R250 per month for new furniture and R150 for used furniture.
