Join us at Vallum and savour the produce of land once trod by the Roman auxiliaries who lived here in the shadow of Hadrian's Wall. They would be familiar with the traditions of our artisan producers, and we hope that they, like you, would enjoy the award-winning ice cream and cheese handmade here at Vallum Little Dairy, our herbs, flowers and vegetables grown in Vallum Kitchen Garden, and the artisan breads, patisserie and pies made in the Vallum Bakery. Our visitors also enjoy Vallum's wildlife walks and our outdoor play paddock, while events including foodie fairs and markets, restaurant pop-ups and chef special appearances bring visitors from miles around. You are more than welcome to watch our growing community of artisans at work, taste their produce in our Restaurant and Tea Room, and purchase their goods at our Patisserie and Deli.
