Valor engineering is a new civil engineering consultancy firm based in Oslo offering services in the Norwegian construction market in the railway, roads, buildings and bridges. Valor is a Norwegian company owned 50% by the Norwegian contractor and industry group AF and 50% by the Austrian consulting company VCE (Vienna Consulting Engineers ZT GmbH). The combination of VCE's long expertise in engineering and AF Group's experience in the Norwegian market provides a good foundation for the development of cost effective sustainable engineering solutions.
