Valuations is a company that actively participates in the field of appraisals and valuation of all types of assets in Chile, as well as in consulting, studies and related services. It began its activity in the year 2000, it originated from the merger of Valuación Argentina and the Spanish Tasaciones Hipotecarias SA In 2001 it began operations assisting banks in the valuation of mortgages, that year becoming the first company to work with coverage at a level national. In the following year, Valuación was the first company in Chile to have a web service for monitoring and consulting clients.
