Value Recovery Group provides support during a crisis, turnaround and recapitalisation Value Recovery Group (VR Group) supports management, creditors, board of directors and owners of companies in identifying and implementing a survival strategy. In phase 1, we identify the problems your company faces, provide you with the necessary short-term crisis measures, insight into the medium term viability of your business, and propose a pragmatic rescue plan. In phase 2, a stable organisation is created in the short term that is in line with the new insights. Much attention is devoted to a constructive dialogue with creditors, shareholders and banks. Simultaneously, we focus on improving working capital and the liquidity position of your company. These stabilisation measures go hand in hand with the implementation of operational improvements, and development of the most appropriate growth, revival and recapitalisation scenarios. The senior management team of the VR Group interacts with you as a team and considers your organisational dilemmas from a broad business perspective. We base our analysis on sound national and international knowledge of restructuring and financing issues.
