ValueView is an international team of experts in work efficiency and profitability of the organization. We follow a business approach to human resource management and use a ValueView® methodology based on an application to measure the profitability of work.We achieve the increase in efficiency through strategy operationalization to the form of individual goals and indicators in a process named Market of Objectives. The company's profitability is increased by eliminating unprofitable processes, optimal use of human resources and elimination of bottlenecks.We use ValueView® method to continuously measure the value of tasks and processes within an organization. The method is supported by a dedicated IT system. ValueView® measures the importance and sufficiency of tasks for their beneficiaries, i.e. internal and external clients. Beneficiaries are the main information providers to estimate the value of tasks for the organization. Analysis of task correlation and related costs and benefits allows for calculating the profitability and thus the value of each task.
