I am a home builder located in Goldsboro, North Carolina and hold a North Carolina General Contractors License. I have managed the construction of over 600 new homes in the Goldsboro area with this company and with another home building company I was previously employed by from 1996 through the present. The homes I built ranged in size from 1,000 to over 4,000 square feet. Most of the homes I have built are on crawl space foundations but I have also built many homes on slab foundations as well as on full and partial basements. I have also built homes on sealed crawlspace foundations. I have built many all brick homes as well as many with vinyl siding and with Hardie (fiber cement) siding. I served as the president of the Wayne County Home Builders Association during 2010 and 2011 and have served on the board of directors of the Home Builder's Association from approximately 2007 through the present and have served on numerous committees during this time.
