Sell, buy, build and invest using his insights to increase the value of your property. More than a real estate agent, he has bought, entitled anddeveloped raw land. He planned, developed and raised capital for large mixed-use, master planned communities. He was responsible for land improvements, vertical construction and for selling completed property assets, including residential, retail, healthcare, office and hospitality development. He's now back in Utah, living on the Island in Daybreak, an award-winning master planned community in South Jordan, and again working directly with couples and individuals, coaching them in real estate and building their property plans.
