Beaver Construction Limited (Beaver) was formed in 1967 and is now in its 42nd year of operation. The Company has been involved in the successful completion of over 600 projects since its inception and has worked for a wide variety of clients from both the public and private sectors on commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure projects. We have worked with most of the recognized Consulting, Architectural, and Engineering practices in Trinidad and Tobago and have an excellent track record for the successful completion of our projects.The company has developed a reputation for on-time performance, quality workmanship and non-aggressive interaction with clients and consultants. The benefit of this approach is borne out in the fact that at least eighty five percent (85%) of our annual turnover has consistently come through negotiated contracts with both new and repeat clients. The company has a management core of 20 professionals and sub-professionals. Additionally, the company has 40 full-time project-site engineers, supervisors and other permanent staff involved in its operations. During peak periods in 2009, site personnel numbered approximately 800 workers. Beaver has enjoyed organic growth over the last 15 years and has undertaken over $1 billion worth of projects in the last 5 years. We boast an impressive portfolio of completed projects many of which you come into contact with on a daily basis. Beaver continues to control the private sector market and is consistently ranked in the top three contractors in Trinidad and Tobago.
