A collegiate marketing and mangagement company that serves the collegiate apparel and gift industry. Our company works with sportswear and gift vendors that currently or desire to develop product lines and sell to the on campus or off campus collegiate vendors. Varsity Team works with each of its clients on a consulting or management for the Collegiate Bookstore Marketplace by studying Sales History, Account History, Rep History and Sales Figures. Varsity Team works individually with the Sales Force on Key Accounts within their territory. Work on establishing: • Large Account Prospecting • Strategic Planning for Growth in the Collegiate Marketplace • Program Selling • Introduce complimentary product line • Recruiting, Motivating and Retaining Salespeople • Sales Compensation Programs • Consult and outsource new graphic program • Redevelop Sales Representative "Sales Tools" • Establish Rack and Merchandising Programs • Establish "Vendor" Partnership with: Nebraska Book Company College Bookstores of America ICBA Connect to One Develop a business plan for the entrance into the Gift Shop/Fan Shop & Grocery Store/Mass Distribution. • Recruit Sales Staff and Representation • Sales Compensation Plan • Establish Rack and Merchandising Programs
