Vartes nasce nel 2003, da un progetto della famiglia Varini. Famiglia molto nota nel campo tessile. Nel corso degli anni la gestione passa interamente alla seconda generazione di Varini, ciò rende Vartes un'azienda giovane e dinamica, che mantiene, però, l'esperienza e la serietà trasmessa, permettendole così di rimanere al passo con i tempi.
