We help startups through coaching, feasibility profile of the idea, developing strategy and linked business plans, pitch documentation and investor connects.The company founder, Viv, has over 15 years of management consulting experience across Africa, Australia, India, Middle East, UK and USA, bringing a global perspective while retaining the local flavour of individual markets. He has worked with clients across a wide spectrum of business including agriculture, automotive, chemical, financial services, food & retail, government sectors, IT services, manufacturing, metals & mining, and travel.Market Research, Strategy:We provide market research across the globe - market opportunity assessment, customer/channel satisfaction studies, competitor analysis, feasibility reports. From an outside-in perspective, we support in developing corporate strategies as well as business unit & departmental strategies and handhold clients in implementing these strategies through our PMO teams.Performance Improvement:We help clients improve their performance across areas such as revenue growth, cost optimisation / profit growth and working capital improvement.Fund-Raising Support:We help clients raise funds – equity from strategic investors / incubators / angels / VCs and debt from a range of lenders.
