VCI Artists is a make-up and hair artist agency based out of Houston, TX. Owner and Founder, Victoria Callaway, has more than twenty years of experience in the makeup and hair industry. After realizing that her client base had grown over the years, she decided to search for artists who would work just as hard as her to make sure that her client's needs were met. VCI Artists is now home to a team of nine makeup and hair artists and it is continuing to grow. VCI Artists welcomes job assignments from all over the world. They have tackled everything from placing makeup on alligators to touch-ups in the middle rushing rivers, and clients often refer to VCI Artists as "fearless." According to owner, Victoria, "We go to great lengths to ensure that each client's models, actors and VIPs look their best, no matter what." The team has learned to make each client look cool and collected even in the most extreme heat and humidity. They have managed a wide variety of clients ranging from Presidents, Vice Presidents, First and Second Ladies, politicians, celebrities, athletes and television hosts.
